With winter now upon us, I think that it is a good time to communicate our snow policy to everyone. Our snow policy is a 5-day no-snow rule. That means we need to have no snow for 5 consecutive days in order to scoop your yard. These 5 days include your scheduled scooping day. We define snow as any snowfall that accumulates in any amount on the ground. The reason we define this so tightly is that last year we found that even a light dusting made it impossible to do a good job of cleaning the yard. You also have the option of suspending service until the spring. But remember if you do suspend service until April or May, you will have to pay the regular initial clean-up rate because of all the winter’s accumulated waste. If I don’t hear from you, I will assume that you want to continue weekly throughout the winter and scoop your yard accordingly.
